If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment.
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason of return or exchange prior shipping the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Unfortunately several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Intimate or beauty goods cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES \ DAMAGED ITEMS
We do not offer exchanges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 1-3 days of receiving the item.
If there is an issue with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. We cannot verify an item was damaged in transit if we are not notified immediately.
Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery. Please consider insuring your package (you are responsible for the item until it reaches us).
We do not provide return shipment labels - you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable!
Returns will be processed within 3 days after we have received the items. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
